We had a great experience! We participated in PAPCON (International Paper and Packaging Conference), one of the most progressive and inspiring events in the paper and packaging sector, which is facing almost every entrepreneur today: what is the future of our market- and growth-oriented economic system; who are the winners and losers; what are the alternatives for a fairer and more sustainable economy in the future?

Lectures and sessions were led by top curators and experts, with Friedrich Weninger and Dr Thomas Riegler's particularly interesting „stress tolerant” methods proving particularly topical. They both addressed the issue of resilience, what solutions, behaviours and values are needed to deal flexibly with stressful situations (crises, unexpected challenges, changes) in a company, how a manager should be able to confidently manage and lead his company in the face of change.
