Preparation and Box Design
Computer-aided box design and precise production preparation, with efficient material utilization and precise cutting—to ensure the best-fitting solution from the very first step.
Our high-performance B/1 offset presses (KBA-RAPIDA series) enable the printing of up to five colors and a dispersion varnish in a single pass, with state-of-the-art color control and outstanding, consistent print quality.
Surface Treatment
In addition to printing, we offer value-added services such as embossing, debossing, and foil stamping with holographic, gold, silver, and colored foils (BOBST Speria Foilmaster)—for a premium look and counterfeit protection.
Die-cutting, gluing, and AccuBraille
State-of-the-art die-cutting machines and a gluing machine (BOBST Expertfold) equipped with the AccuBraille system ensure precise processing with integrated quality control: barcode reading, adhesive strip inspection, and automatic rejection of defective products.
